"I had such a wonderful experience at this drybar location! I was a little nervous given the reviews but I thought it was clean and everyone was pleasant. My stylist was Destiny and she was incredibly kind and gave me the perfect blowout! She listened to what I wanted and my hair was beautiful when she was finished. I’m on day 3 of the blowout and my hair still looks shiny and bouncy. Thank you, Destiny!!"

"I am a natural-haired girlie… During silk press season, I was in search of an accessible method to get the job done, regularly. I decided to give Drybar a try, and Flatiron to be exact. Since the first trial, I have never looked back….. I am in and out in a respectable time to still have a life, they serve me a cute beverage after a long work day, customer service is on point, affordably priced, AND my hair turns out flawless each time! If they add trims to the mix, it’s over! My girl Christie greets me with vibrant energy each time, and it feels like “Cheers” since she knows me by name."

"My experience has nothing to do with the stylists or staff, who have always been lovely ,this is purely about how management handled a billing dispute. I purchased a 3-pack in late December and was unable to use my final session due to a foot fracture. When I reached out to ask if the expired session could be honored, I was told no and the reason given was that it was my responsibility to know. I never received any email confirmation of my purchase or its terms, which made it genuinely impossible to track the deadline. A one-time exception for a customer dealing with a medical issue and who wasn’t notified of the expiration digitally seems like a reasonable ask. The refusal, without any alternative offered, left a really poor impression of how this location treats loyal customers."

"I have been to this location quite a few times. I like the location and it is convenient. However, easily 50% of the time I go, the stylist does not listen, and my hair is not how I asked for it to be. I come become prepared every time with photos of myself with my hair styled like I want it, and it’s as though they just can’t be bothered to pay attention. It’s so stressful because I go when I have an event and I just cannot count on the service to be right. I ask for an easy blowout - straight and smooth. But some how - it ends up terrible."
